Happy 6th Birthday Trae!

Happy belated Birthday to this sweet, caring and crazy energetic boy!  We love you!

As usual, he got the chance to celebrate a couple of times. :)  The above picture is in his classroom at school,  Below is with just our family on the evening of his actual birthday.

 Putting together the Lego set he got when we celebrated with Paul's family.

 His celebration with my family was a joint party for Trae (6), Austin (4) and Owen (2).  There is just a whole lot of cuteness in the picture below! :)  The above picture is the fabulous cake made by Danielle.

Honor Flight

My paternal Grandpa served in the Korean War and recently had the opportunity to be a part of an Honor Flight.  It's a group that flies veterans to Washington D.C. to see some of the sites.  My Dad went along as his Guardian and they both very much enjoyed their time there!  When they fly home, other family members and friends are allowed to meet the plane and since they flew into an airport very near our house, Trae and I were able to be there.  It was a very neat experience to see so many people cheering and honoring those who have served our country!
