The last day of 1st and 3rd grade!

And then we had to run back in the house and bundle up! It was COLD this morning! :) Pretty sure this is the first time we have begun summer break wearing a coat!
Ali's class had a carry-in lunch (it was going to be a picnic outside but the weather changed that!) to celebrate the last day of school. One of the teacher aides and a few of the parents got together to help the kids make it a surprise early birthday party for their teacher! We managed to keep it a surprise and she loved it! :)
Mrs. T. is a big fan of Mt. Dew so one of the moms made a very large card for all the kids to sign. On the inside are pictures of the class from things they had done through out the year.

Dakota had wonderful teachers this year too, but unfortunately I don't have pictures of them! We were blessed with a great year for the kids at school and we are so thankful for that!
